A New Commandment

This morning we come to John 13:31-35 and quite possibly one of the central teachings of John’s entire gospel. As Judas has left the upper room to commence Jesus’ betrayal and eventual death, Jesus turns to His sheep and points to the Gospel and His command to be a people of love. What is the new commandment that Jesus gives? What is the foundation of this new commandment? Why is this the mark of Christ’s people?
