Work In

Tonight our sermon text is Philippians 2:13. Paul wants us to see that, while we are called to work out our salvation, the motivating factor in doing so is the understanding that God works in our salvation. Paul’s emphasis is on the saving work of God and the assurance this brings to the Christian. We must see that God is both the initiator of our salvation and the One who equips us with a heart and will that is transformed into loving and serving Jesus. Join us as we walk through the meaning and implications of this important verse.
